在香港的快節奏生活中,我們習慣了效率與速度,卻常常忽略了雙手創造的療癒力量。我的廚藝夢想,在 2020 年疫情期間正式起航。當世界陷入停頓,我在 École Escoffier 開啟了長達 10 個月的專業修行。那是一段特殊的記憶:戴著口罩,在充滿消毒水味與奶油香氣交織的廚房裡,每天站立 8 小時,專注於揉捏麵團、熬製高湯。
在那段被口罩遮住呼吸的日子裡,我卻透過料理,第一次真正「看見」了生活的美。在不確定性中,麵團的發酵、醬汁的濃縮,成了我最踏實的心理支柱。這份在疫情中磨練出的韌性,帶領我走得更遠。
In the fast-paced life of Hong Kong, we are accustomed to efficiency and speed, often overlooking the therapeutic power of creation with our own hands. My culinary dream officially took flight during the world's most uncertain time—the 2020 pandemic. While the world stood still, I began a 10-month professional apprenticeship at École Escoffier. It is a unique memory: wearing a mask for 8 hours a day in a kitchen where the scent of sanitizer met the fragrance of butter, fully immersed in the rhythm of kneading dough and simmering stocks.
In those days when our breath was hidden behind masks, I "saw" the beauty of life for the first time through cooking. Amidst the uncertainty, the fermentation of dough and the reduction of sauces became my most reliable anchors. The resilience forged during the pandemic led me further.

在巴黎的廚房裡,我學到的不僅是世界頂級的技術,更是一種對細節近乎偏執的尊重。我意識到,法式廚藝不僅僅是食物的堆砌,它是一門關於結構、比例與時間的建築學。結合我在 Corporate 領域的背景,我將這份對效率與精準的追求,融入到法式料理的藝術中,創造出獨特的教學與體驗模式。
The resilience forged during the pandemic led me further. Last year, I traveled to Paris to undergo advanced pastry training at FERRANDI Paris and study the art of French bread-making at Le Cordon Bleu.
In the kitchens of Paris, I learned more than just world-class techniques; I learned a near-obsessive respect for detail. I realized that French culinary art is not just about food—it is an architecture of structure, proportion, and time. Combining this with my corporate background, I infuse the pursuit of efficiency and precision into the art of French cuisine, creating a unique approach to teaching and culinary experiences.

回到香港,我回到了繁忙的 Corporate 崗位,但我發現身邊的人們比疫情期間更加焦慮。我們重新找回了速度,卻再次丟失了靈魂。
這就是為什麼我決定在觀塘偉業街的一個酒店式工業空間裡,創立 My Social Kitchen。這裡不是另一個冷冰冰的商業廚房。這裡是一個「Healing Space」。我希望透過料理,重新連結人與人、人與食材、人與自我。我們相信:
• 連結重於完美:美食是媒介,連結才是目的。我們鼓勵分享、交流,而非盲目追求技術的完美。
• 好奇與匠心:從食材的源頭到餐桌的呈現,保持好奇心,並以匠人精神對待每一個細節。

Returning to Hong Kong and my demanding corporate role, I realized that people around me were even more anxious than during the pandemic. We regained our speed but lost our souls once again.
This is why I founded My Social Kitchen in an industrial space on Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong. This is not just another cold, commercial kitchen. It is a "Healing Space." I aim to reconnect people with each other, with ingredients, and with themselves through cooking. We believe in:
