Two Journeys, One Shared Table
My Social Kitchen grew from a simple truth we discovered on our separate paths: the most beautiful memories in life start at a table surrounded by people you care about, with good food and wine in front of you.
One of us is a corporate professional who never let go of a chef dream. When the world slowed down during COVID, that dream finally took shape at École Escoffier. That first step opened the door to Le Cordon Bleu in Paris for bread‑making, then Ferrandi Paris for desserts – and revealed a deep love for the craft, from kneading dough to plating a delicate tart.
The other brings years of experience exploring food and wine around the world, with a passion for how flavours, stories and people come together. The goal was never to run a traditional kitchen, but to create a space where people could experience that magic together.
We realised we shared the same dream: to build a social kitchen in Hong Kong where home cooks, culinary students, teams and simple food lovers can come together to cook, learn, celebrate and create lasting memories.

Training at École Escoffier, Le Cordon Bleu and Ferrandi taught us to respect ingredients, master technique and stay curious. We bring that mindset to every class, dinner and event – not as "celebrity chefs," but as passionate learners who love to share.
