We Believe Cooking is Therapy. And Connection is the Medicine.
In the relentless pace of Hong Kong life, we've forgotten how to use our hands for anything other than typing. We scroll through meals on our phones, disconnected from the food we eat and the people we share it with. We crave a moment of peace, a sense of accomplishment, and a real, tangible connection.
My Social Kitchen was born from that craving. We are not another professional kitchen focused only on perfect technique. We are a healing space disguised as a cooking studio. Here, the goal isn't just to create a beautiful dish—it's to create a moment of calm for yourself. It's about the mindful chop of a vegetable, the scent of baking bread, and the shared laughter around a table where everyone belongs.

COOK WITH US, NOT WATCH US
You've seen the masterclasses with famous chefs performing on a stage. That's not us. We were founded on a simple belief: the magic is in the making, not the watching.
At My Social Kitchen, every experience is 100% hands-on. You won't be a spectator. You will be the chef. You will knead the dough, simmer the sauce, and plate your own creation. Our founders, trained at the world-renowned École Escoffier and FERRANDI Paris, are not here to perform for you. They are here to cook with you, sharing their expertise in a warm, approachable way that empowers you to create with confidence.
The Dough Series: Master French Dough Techniques, One Sunday at a Time
From pâte sucrée to fresh pasta, discover the meditative art of working with your hands. Each class in our Dough Series focuses on a foundational dough, taught in an intimate, hands-on environment designed to calm your mind as you create.
All classes are limited to 6-8 students to ensure personalized attention and a truly therapeutic experience.

I came in feeling so stressed from work, and I left feeling lighter and proud of what I made. It was more than a cooking class — it was therapy. The best part was realizing I actually did everything myself!

Honestly, I didn't expect to enjoy it this much. It felt so refreshing to disconnect from screens and just focus on creating something with my hands. The atmosphere was relaxed, supportive, and full of laughter. I'd definitely do it again.

Cooking has never been my thing, but this class changed my mind. It was hands-on, fun, and surprisingly stress-relieving. Having everyone collaborate and taste each other's creations made it feel like a team celebration.
