Discover the meditative joy of making fresh pasta by hand. From kneading the dough to cutting perfect ribbons of fettuccine, you'll learn the traditional technique in a calm, supportive environment. We'll pair your fresh pasta with our classic French beef burgundy ragu—a rich, slow-cooked sauce we've prepared for you. At the end, we'll sit down together and share a meal, because the best part of cooking is always the connection around the table.
