Perfect! Our classes are designed for all levels. We'll guide you through every step, and our small group sizes (6-8 people) ensure you get personalized attention. Our Quiche and Scones classes are especially beginner-friendly.
Just yourself and an appetite to learn! We provide all ingredients, materials, and aprons. You'll take home your finished creation and recipe cards.
Absolutely! Many of our students come solo. Our intimate class sizes and shared meals (in pasta class) make it easy to connect with fellow food lovers. This is a welcoming, supportive environment.
Please let us know when booking, and we'll do our best to accommodate. Some classes may have limitations based on the core recipe (e.g., gluten-free pastry is challenging), but we'll work with you.

Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before class. 50% refund if cancelled 3-7 days before. No refund within 3 days of class (but you can transfer to a friend or future class).
We're in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. Exact address will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Our Scones + Afternoon Tea class welcomes parent-child pairs (ages 6-10). Other classes are designed for adults, but teens 14+ are welcome with an adult.
Each class focuses on a different dough technique:
• Apple Tart: Pâte sucrée (sweet tart dough) - our signature, most meditative
• Quiche: Pâte brisée (savory tart dough) - beginner-friendly, practical
• Pasta: Fresh pasta dough - therapeutic kneading, shared meal
• Scones: Scone dough - easiest, includes afternoon tea service
